Flageolet Beans

Available  year around, peak supplies are in the late Autumn into Spring.

Usage:

Flageolet Beans are a light pale green dry haricot type bean, slightly oval in shape and a nice delicate cooked bean used in salads, first courses and side dishes. They go exceptionally well with lamb and duck dishes and lend themselves to herbs and garlic.
