Usage:

Field Greens is a generic name for any collection of edible wild and cultivated greens. These can be composed of Dandelion, Mustard, Miners lettuce and many other greens. Wild and cultivated herbs are also included in these mixes. Depending upon the time or season of year, the greens can have flavor profiles that are sweet, nutty and lightly bitter.
