Information and Usage:

 Edible flowers are numerous and come from many plant families. Some are sweet such as Tuberous Begonias, with a hint of lemonade, some are peppery, like Nasturtiums: all are food for the eyes. Here is a partial list of some of our favorites. 

Acacia blossoms, almond blossoms, alyssum, apple blossoms, bachelor button petals, banana blossoms, borage, nasturtiums (for salads) OR violets (for salads) OR rose petals, carnation, chamomile, chive flowers or chive blossoms, chrysanthemums, clary sage,  nasturtiums (in salads) OR borage (in salads) OR violet (in salads), daisy petals, daylily, dianthus, English primroses, geraniums, golden needles = lily buds = tiger lily buds = lily flowers, hibiscus flowers, hollyhock, Indian cress, Jamaica sorrel, Johnny jump-ups,  pansy, violet, lavender, lemon blossoms, lilac, lily buds, mimosa blossoms, marigolds, orange blossoms, pansy, peach blossoms, plum blossoms, pot marigolds, roselle, rose petals, violet flowers, snapdragon, squash blossoms, tiger lily buds, viola, violet.
