Usage:

Lettuce is one of the oldest known vegetables and is believed to be native to the Mediterranean area. Boston Bibb lettuce is one of many soft leaved lettuces. Boston Bibb has a soft buttery nutlike taste. They have a loose leafed head and are small with tender leaves. Lettuce is a member of the sunflower family. Lettuce is the second most popular fresh vegetable in the United States. 

Yield: One head serves one to two persons. Boston Bibb are packed in 12 ct. cases, 24 ct. cases, and can be found pre-cleaned. They also come packed in baby lettuce selections.
