Usage:

European-style, yellow-fleshed potato renowned for outstanding flavor and texture. Perfect baked, boiled, mashed, or fried.
Yukon Gold potatoes are  packed 5 lbs. to a burlap bag, and the bag then
boxed in a damage-proof container for shipment. Yukon Gold potatoes are known for their superb flavor, buttery yellow flesh and creamy texture.They also store well.
Best for baking, mashed and fries.
