Usage:

Watercress grows wild everywhere. It is a peppery tiny little green leaf that packs a wallop of flavor. High in vitamins and minerals, the clean fresh peppery flavor of Watercress goes extremely well in salads, sauces, and in soups. In Asia, is is a common ingredient in stir fries, and is also used as a garnish. Native to Europe, it has traveled far and wide. It is found in wet areas, around creeks and streams, and boggy lands, and is widely cultivated. It is available most of the year.
