It is cool and crisp and green, and is the best lettuce for a Cobb salad, or a BLT. It is a member of the heading type of lettuce, and it is very mild in flavor. It comes packed 24 heads per case, and can come cleaned and cored, and is the lettuce used for most pre-trimmed and processed lettuce for salads.
