Handling Tips and General Information:

Prickly Pear is the fruit of the cactus family. It has a thorny skin and the thorns must be removed before eating. It tastes similiar to kiwi and banana, and comes in various hues, from pale yellow to brilliant mauve. It has many small seeds that need to be removed, to fully enjoy, and is refreshing.
