Welcome! As a student in the Culinary Arts and Management program at Metro it is your responsibility to investigate and discover as much as possible about the equipment in the Fort Omaha kitchen and servery. It is our intention that you are able to effectively use and feel confident about the purpose, special characteristics, safe operation and proper cleaning of each piece available for you to use in our facility. We are fortunate to possess virtually all the items commonly found in a commercial kitchen AND several computers.
