Course Objectives: |

Articulate and explain a number of traditional theories
of art including art as imitation, art as expression, and art as significant form (representational and non-representational art). |

| 2. Appreciate and articulate the similarities and differences between textual presentation (work of art as text) and visual presentation (work of art as visual image). | |||||||||||
| 3. Articulate a language of felt sense and apply it to both traditional and electronic art. | |||||||||||
| 4. Create, design and execute a project in collaboration with a student from the other side of the course which combines text and image electronically. | |||||||||||
| 5. Appreciate, engage and explore the language of cross-cultural creativity as a process of transformation. | |||||||||||
